Mano ("Mano," "we," "us," or "our") recruits people, coordinates sites, and records egocentric human demonstration data for physical AI and robotics labs across Latin America. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

- Usage data: basic website analytics such as pages visited and general traffic patterns, collected through standard analytics tooling.

- To respond to partner inquiries and scope potential data-capture programs.
- To recruit, schedule, and coordinate participants and sites for recording sessions.
- To deliver recorded session data to the partner lab or organization that commissioned the program, as disclosed to participants at the time of consent.
- To run quality assurance on recordings and verify they meet agreed acceptance criteria.

How we share information
We share participant recordings and related metadata only with the partner lab or organization that commissioned the specific program, and only for the purpose disclosed to the participant at the time of consent. We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as hosting or scheduling tools), under obligations to protect it, or when required by law.
Data retention
We retain contact and inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain our business records. Participant recordings and related data are retained according to the terms agreed with the commissioning partner and the participant's consent, and are deleted or returned when no longer needed for that purpose.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
